Great spacious room, nice terrasse, silent aircon. Green resort in apple plantation. Relaxing pools, really good restaurant location. Excellent location for day trips.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, with stunning views. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good storage space. the bathroom is decent with necessary amenities. the breakfast offers a good variety of international dishes to choose from. the swimming pool and sauna facilities are relaxing and well-maintained.

The staff could be more helpful and enthusiastic towards their guests.

Loved the stunning views from the room and the excellent value for money. The staff were quite helpful and resourceful especially when it came to directions to local attractions. the breakfast was wholesome and nutritious with many international options to choose from.

The room lacked patches for the smoke detector, making us uncomfortable as safety is important to us. the room temperature was uncontrollable, and we had to sleep with the balcony door open which attracted a lot of mosquitoes.

The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and with great transportation options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were great: clean rooms, spacious balconies, and great parking options. The breakfast was also fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The breakfast buffet was nice with a lot of international food options and the staff was friendly. the location was also great, near to the city center and with beautiful views. the heated pool was a plus, and we had a great time swimming.

Our Christmas at the hotel was not as expected. the room was too small for four people, and the beds were not comfortable.
